Enrique de los Ríos Porras, born in Almería in 1964, is the CEO and founder of UNICA GROUP.

He holds a degree in Physics, as well as a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Cooperative Leadership from the University of Missouri.

He began his career in the telecommunications sector, working for companies such as Amper, Siemens, and Alcatel.

He later moved into the agri-food sector, where he served as Sales and Marketing Director at Hazera.

Since 2009, he has been the founder and CEO of UNICA GROUP, a second-tier cooperative and Spain’s largest fruit and vegetable exporter.
