I am an Agricultural Engineer specialising in industrial processes, with a Master’s Degree in Agro-industrial Plant Project Management, a Master’s Degree in ESG Sustainability, and a PhD in Agricultural, Food and Forestry Engineering and Sustainable Rural Development from the University of Córdoba.

Throughout my academic and professional development, I became involved in applied research within industrial environments, focusing on the continuous improvement of processes. This led me to further specialise through my master’s and doctoral studies, as well as to work in process improvement and production within the food industry.

In 2021, I took on a new professional challenge as Head of Sustainability at COVAP. My goal is to integrate sustainability into every process and across all areas of the cooperative, promoting actions aimed at respecting the environment, our members, suppliers, employees and customers, while making a positive impact on society and fostering a culture of sustainability among our stakeholders.
