Pablo is currently the Partner responsible for the Transactions department for the Southern Region (Andalusia, Extremadura and the Canary Islands).

He has more than 20 years of professional experience, having started his career at Deloitte in the Audit department, where he worked for five years at the Seville office.

Since the end of 2010, he has been part of the firm’s Transactions team. In 2011, he worked at Deloitte’s Madrid office before returning to Seville to establish the Transactions team for the Southern Region. He was promoted to Director in 2018 and to Partner in 2022.

Throughout his professional career, Pablo has led Due Diligence, M&A and valuation processes, as well as financing and financial restructuring processes and negotiations with financial institutions. He has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including agri-food, where he leads the practice at national level, as well as aerospace, services, manufacturing, ICT and TMT, construction and real estate development, and the restaurant industry, both nationally and internationally.

Pablo also has extensive experience in developing strategic plans, conducting market studies, designing operating models and delivering performance improvement projects, and leads the practice in this area.

Pablo holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Management and Law from Pablo de Olavide University in Seville. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Auditing and Accounting from the University of Alcalá de Henares and is a member of the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC).

In addition, Pablo teaches on various postgraduate programmes at Loyola Leadership School, Instituto de Estudios Cajasol and the University of Cádiz (UCA). He is also an instructor on various internal and external Deloitte courses covering accounting, auditing and financial advisory.
