Roberto Vitón is a Director at Valoral Advisors, an investment advisory firm based in Luxembourg and specializing in the food and agriculture sector.

Since its foundation in 2010, Valoral Advisors has advised a broad group of private and institutional investors, helping them invest across the sector, including primary production, the agribusiness value chain and technological innovation.

Roberto Vitón has more than 20 years of experience investing in and advising the food and agriculture sector in a variety of roles. He previously developed a corporate career in the consulting, Private Equity, metals and energy sectors across Latin America, the United States, the Middle East and Europe.

Roberto Vitón holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés and a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad CEMA, both located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

On a personal level, he is also an agricultural producer in central Argentina, where he works alongside his family.
