Fernando López de los Mozos is a Partner at Roland Berger in Madrid, where he advises companies and investment funds on corporate strategy, growth, marketing, commercial models and due diligence projects.

He has extensive experience in strategy consulting, having previously worked at Parthenon–EY Strategy, Strategy&, Accenture Strategy and Grupo MSM. Throughout his career, he has led more than 20 strategic planning projects for family-owned companies in the consumer goods and retail sectors, addressing challenges related to growth, corporate governance, generational succession and shareholder value creation. He has also participated in more than 60 commercial due diligence processes, with a particular focus on the consumer sector.

His areas of expertise include food and beverages, agribusiness, distribution, food retail and private equity. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance, a Master’s Degree in Food and Beverage Business Management from San Telmo Business School, and is a certified executive coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
